January 1, 2010 - PGA Tour and other major Professional tours to use new conforming wedges.
Dec. 31, 2010 - Manufacturers will no longer be able to produce, sell and/or ship wedges with the non-conforming grooves.
January 1, 2014 - Amateur events including the RCGA Amateur Championship will only allow new conforming wedges.
January 1, 2024 - Amateurs will be required to use conforming wedges to post scores for handicap purposes.
